Shipping policy

Currently all items found on this website may only be shipped nationally.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $111 within New Zealand.

Otherwise we offer $9.50 tracked courier across the islands and $15.00 tracked courier for Rural Addresses. This applies to physical addresses only and at this time we are unable to deliver to the Hauraki Gulf Islands (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Island. We will endeavour to book your courier within 24 hours of purchase, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. All purchases made on a Friday will be booked for delivery on the Monday, though we cannot guarantee these timeframes. Due to the undulating nature of delivery services, please allow 2-4 working days for delivery on all standard shipping. For rural deliveries allow 3-6 working days. Please know that we respect and value your custom so will do our very best to get orders out to you as soon as possible but know that once the parcel has been received by the courier, it is very much out of our hands. After placing your order please keep an eye out for your delivered package, we will bear the risk of loss or damage to the products until such time as they have been delivered. We cannot be responsible for theft or damage of goods by way of melting in the sun.

We value your custom so If we accept that a product was not delivered, that products delivered were spoiled or damaged when delivered, or that something was wrong with the order, where possible we will replace the affected products or issue a refund for the amount paid for the products not including shipping.
