METHOD
- Add 25-30gms of your chopped paste to boiled water/plant milk
- Dissolve paste and whisk in desired sweetener, spices and your loving intentions
- Bring to a simmer and witness a magical moment when the cacao thickens. This alchemy activates the medicinal properties and ensures the benefits can run deep into your body.
- Pour into your most favourite vessel, take a conscious breath and welcome the heart opening benefits into your whole being.
